**Job Description:**

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Divisional Management Team within Division D at University Hospitals Southampton NHS Foundation Trust.

As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Divisional Director of Operations, Divisional Head of Nursing, and Divisional Clinical Director, including organising diaries, arranging meetings, supporting divisional meetings and events, collating spreadsheets, and supporting recruitment processes.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise diaries and arrange meetings
  • Support divisional meetings and events
  • Collate spreadsheets and support recruitment processes
  • Take minutes and assist with office management

**Salary and Benefits:**

This role offers a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including agile working, flexibility in hours, access to NHS discounts, 35 days paid holiday (pro rata), and a generous pension scheme. Located in Southampton, this role offers an attractive place to live and work, situated on the south coast, with an international airport and direct trains to London.
