Job Summary:

Fantastic opportunity to play a key role in overseeing and managing the risks associated with third-party relationships for 1st Executive Ltd. The successful candidate will ensure services are resilient, secure, and compliant with regulatory standards ensuring risks are managed within appetite.

The Third Party Risk Manager will lead a team of risk professionals, collaborate with various departments, and serve as the primary point of contact for senior leadership on third-party risk issues.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive third-party risk management framework, including policies, procedures, and tools for assessing and monitoring third-party risks.
  • Ensure that vendors and partners adhere to the organisation's risk management policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Assess, monitor, and mitigate risks across the vendor lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and termination.

Requirements:

  • Experience in risk management, with a focus on third-party risk management within a large blue-chip.
  • Experience in risk management methodologies and tools to identify, assess, and manage resilience risks effectively.
  • Demonstrate understanding of third-party risk frameworks, including experience in evaluating vendor risks and controls.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the banking industry relevant to third-party risk such as ISO 22301.
