As a key member of the financial crime team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective AML strategies, ensuring compliance with current regulations. This role is ideal for professionals looking to grow their career in financial crime risk management.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A strong background in AML/ KYC, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a funds or investment environment.
  • Knowledge of AML policies, risk evaluation, and client due diligence reviews.
  • Experience working with complex CDD cases, assessing AML risks, and escalating to senior management when necessary.

You will also have the opportunity to assist in AML training across the business, build relationships with stakeholders, and contribute to the development of relevant qualifications.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £48,000 per annum, with benefits including annual leave, private medical insurance, and opportunities for professional development.
