The Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Risk and Compliance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all controls are carried out in line with agreed schedules and identifying any unexpected risks. You will also work closely with senior management to provide insights on a clear route to green on any issues identified.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all controls are carried out in line with agreed schedules

  • Liaise with various internal departments to request information or provide updates on progress
  • Keep managers informed of progress and provide feedback to manage and control risks
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous experience in a controlled function
  • Strong analytical skills with a strong ability to extract key information from data and pay attention to details
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to adapt style depending on audience and present information in a clear and concise manner
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including:

  • Holiday: 182 hours (26 days)
  • Quilter Incentive Scheme: All employees are eligible to participate in incentive scheme, to incentivise business performance and their contribution
  • Pension Scheme: A non-contributory company pension scheme that can be boosted through personal contributions

  • Income Protection: 75% of salary, less state benefits, payable after 26 weeks of absence
