Service Leader Opportunity at Stratstone Porsche Centre

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Leader to join our team at Stratstone Porsche Centre in Nottingham. As a Service Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that all warranty and repair work meets company standards, managing the Service department's budgets and accounts, and leading a team of technicians to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality service work, adhering to company standards and procedures
  • Manage the Service department's financial performance, including budgeting and cost control
  • Lead and motivate a team of technicians to achieve excellent customer satisfaction and CSI scores
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency and profitability

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Knowledge of consumer and vehicle legislation, with the ability to apply this in a practical context
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to excellence
