Job Title: Care Home Manager - Learning Disabilities Specialist

Are you a seasoned care professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience in managing care services for individuals with learning disabilities? We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our medium-sized care home in the North of Nottingham.

About the Role:

  • Lead the day-to-day management of the care home, ensuring high-quality care and services are delivered to our residents.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and local authorities.
  • Manage budgets, marketing, and resources to achieve targets and provide excellent care.
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve shared goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing care services for individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
