Job Title: Team Manager Learning Disabilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager to join our Duty and Assessment Team at Remedy Social Work. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of qualified social workers delivering a range of services to safeguard vulnerable children and promote good outcomes for children in need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the overall workload within the team, ensuring an effective contribution to local and national performance indicators for children's services.
  • Conduct case audits and use information technology and management information as necessary to achieve Service targets and standards.
  • Supervise and manage a team of qualified social workers, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Work within the legislative and statutory planning frameworks, Government Guidance, the City Council's core values and strategic aims, and the Service's policies and procedure.
