As a key member of our community 7-bedded service for younger adults in Nottingham, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs and learning disabilities.

About the Role

  • Provide person-centered care to younger adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote positive teamwork and support
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each service user
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse or Registered Learning Disability Nurse qualification
  • Valid NMC registration with no restrictions
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • Minimum of five years of experience in learning disability/autism/mental health/community/NHS or private settings
  • Strong team-working skills and a flexible approach
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to high-quality care
