About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our HR team at Ashdown Group. The role requires someone who can lead the Health and Safety team to promote a positive safety culture and drive continuous improvement.

The key requirements for the role include:

  1. NEBOSH certification and previous experience in the manufacturing or distribution sector.
  2. Extensive knowledge and experience of conducting various risk assessments, coupled with legal awareness of relevant HSE legislation.
  3. A working knowledge of 18001, 14001, or equivalent management systems.

The salary for this role is up to £50,000 basic depending on experience, and the location is based in Warwickshire, commutable from surrounding areas such as Coventry, Nuneaton, Leamington Spa, Rugby, Daventry, Hinckley, Northampton, Leicester, Market Harborough.
