Health and Social Care Professional

We are seeking a skilled Health and Social Care Professional to join our team at KM Education Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and supporting learners working towards Apprenticeship qualifications in Health and Social Care up to Level 5.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with solid occupational competency in Health and Social Care (Elderly) at Deputy Care Manager level, or above. You will be expected to deliver Functional Skills, manage your diary efficiently, and maintain documentation on learners' progress. Additionally, you will support, advise, and motivate learners, overcoming barriers to learning and adapting delivery to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and support learners working towards Apprenticeship qualifications in Health and Social Care up to Level 5.
- Deliver training and support learners with Functional Skills.
- Manage your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Support, advise, and motivate learners.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learners' needs.
- Meet Assessor KPI's in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork, and general administration.
- Assessors are expected to take part in Learner Recruitment to maintain own caseload.

- Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners.
The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, with progression opportunities available. We offer an excellent benefits package, including a starting salary of £27,000 + BONUS and a full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
