Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Administrator to join our team at Altrad UK, Ireland & Nordics. As a key member of our administration/support function, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and implementing document management systems, planning, and prioritizing team resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and implement document management systems to ensure efficient and secure data management.
  • Plan and prioritize team resources to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and update technical information, trackers, data, meeting management, audits, safety, and governance information.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Microsoft applications.
  • Excellent communication and planning skills.
  • Ability to understand work prioritization and lead a team.
  • Confident approach to new ideas and systems.
  • NVQ to level 3 or equivalent qualification.
