Lead Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Administrator to join our team at Altrad UK, Ireland & Nordics. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing document management systems, planning, balancing and prioritising team resources, including ongoing mentoring and coaching your reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and implement document management systems to ensure efficient and effective administration processes
  • Plan, balance and prioritise team resources to meet business objectives
  • Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and update technical information, trackers, data, meeting management, audits, safety and governance information
  • Take responsibility for monitoring and updating technical information, trackers, data, meeting management, audits, safety and governance information

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience of Microsoft applications
  • Excellent communication and planning skills
  • Ability to understand work prioritisation and have a confident approach to new ideas and systems
  • Ability to lead a team and guide interns
  • NVQ to level 3 or equivalent
