Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Administrator to join our team at Altrad UK, Ireland & Nordics. As a key member of our administration/support function, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing document management systems, planning, balancing and prioritising team resources, including ongoing mentoring and coaching your reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and implement document management systems to ensure efficient and secure management of company documents.
  • Plan, balance and prioritise team resources to ensure effective use of time and skills.
  • Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and update technical information, trackers, data, meeting management, audits, safety and governance information.
  • Take responsibility for monitoring and updating technical information, trackers, data, meeting management, audits, safety and governance information.

Requirements:

  • Great communication and planning skills.
  • Ability to understand work prioritisation.
  • Confident approach to new ideas and systems.
  • Happy leading a team, including guiding interns.
  • NVQ to level 3 and extensive experience of Microsoft applications.
