Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Administrator to join our team at Altrad UK, Ireland & Nordics. As a key member of our administration/support function, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing document management systems, planning, balancing and prioritising team resources, including ongoing mentoring and coaching your reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and implement document management systems to ensure efficient and secure storage and retrieval of documents.
  • Plan, balance and prioritise team resources to meet business objectives and deadlines.
  • Provide ongoing mentoring and coaching to team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and update technical information, trackers, data, meeting management, audits, safety and governance information.
  • Take responsibility for leading a team, including guiding interns and ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience of Microsoft applications.
  • Excellent communication and planning skills.
  • Ability to understand work prioritisation and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Confident approach to new ideas and systems.
  • Positive attitude and a 'can-do' approach to work.
  • NVQ to level 3 or equivalent qualification.
