About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Administrator to join our team at Altrad UK, Ireland & Nordics. As a key member of our administration/support function, you will play a critical role in overseeing and implementing document management systems, planning, and prioritizing team resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and implement document management systems to ensure efficient and secure storage and retrieval of information.
  • Plan, balance, and prioritize team resources, including ongoing mentoring and coaching of reports.
  • Take responsibility for monitoring and updating technical information, trackers, data, meeting management, audits, safety, and governance information.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless collaboration with the engineering team.
  • Provide guidance and support to interns and junior team members to ensure their success and growth within the organization.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and planning skills, with the ability to understand work prioritization and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Confident approach to new ideas and systems, with a willingness to adapt and evolve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in leading a team, with a track record of success in mentoring and coaching reports.
  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft applications and a willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
  • NVQ to level 3 or equivalent qualification in a related field.
