Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (Mental Health) to join our Enhanced Support Service team at HMP Foston Hall. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to develop their clinical skills in a dynamic environment.

About the Role

This full-time position offers a salary of up to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will work 5 hours a day, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility.

You will be responsible for supporting residents with complex needs, underpinned by pervasive psychological difficulties. This will involve working intensively with this subgroup of residents and/or professionals involved in their care, promoting stability, psychological wellbeing, and positive coping through intervention and support.

You will also work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team as an autonomous practitioner, managing a caseload of patients and assessing their physical, social, and psychological needs to develop a holistic health care plan.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified Registered Nurse (Mental Health) with a real passion for developing your clinical skills in an ever-changing environment.

You should have a flexible approach and be able to work within a team that encourages new ideas and opinions on how to improve the service.
