Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to manage complex cases and improve patient outcomes.
  • Foster strong working relationships with colleagues across disciplines to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse - Adult Mental Health with NMC or Registered Paramedic with HCPC.
  • Relevant experience in a hospital, community, or prison environment (desirable).
