Cygnet is a leading provider of high-quality specialist mental health services, and we are seeking an exceptional Senior Clinical Psychiatrist to lead our complex care services.

We offer a highly competitive salary of up to £160,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as 30 days annual leave entitlement and five days study leave. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a company-paid life assurance scheme covering three times salary, contributory pension scheme, research opportunities, and teaching programs.

This role involves taking overall responsibility for patient treatment plans, assessing referrals, conducting mental state examinations, and implementing risk assessment and management strategies. You will also participate in ward rounds, clinical audits, and lead the implementation of clinical governance.

To succeed in this position, you must be fully GMC registered, MBBS qualified, and hold registration on the specialist register (CCT/CESR). You should have experience and knowledge in adult psychiatry and mental health diagnosis, as well as expertise in the Mental Health Act and Code of Practice.
