About the Role

We are seeking a Preschool Support Worker to join our team at Busy Bees Day Nursery and preschool in Oxford Ladygrove. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with young children and contribute to their growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the daily activities of the preschool, including preparing materials, resources, and equipment.
  • Assist in observing, assessing, and planning for the development of children in your care.
  • Encourage and praise children's achievements, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
What We Offer
