Job Summary

Busy Bees Oxford Ladygrove Nursery is seeking a skilled Senior Nursery Room Leader to join our team. As a key member of our preschool room, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting our team of practitioners to deliver high-quality childcare.

About the Role

As a Senior Room Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs. You will take ownership of the observation, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of practitioners to deliver high-quality childcare.
