We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at SeeAbility. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism and learning disabilities to live independent and fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities- Support individuals with autism and learning disabilities to develop their skills and independence
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and medication administration
- Accompany individuals on outings and activities, promoting social interaction and community engagement
- Monitor and report on individual progress, ensuring their needs are met and their rights are respected
- Work collaboratively with the support team to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Experience working with individuals with autism and learning disabilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Valid manual driving license
