Job Description
This Behaviour Support role is an excellent opportunity for those passionate about supporting children's emotional, physical, and social development.
The successful candidate will work with pupils in a SEMH setting, providing tailored support to enhance their learning experience.
Responsibilities:
- Pupil Progress Monitoring: Track pupil progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted strategies.
- Emotional Support: Provide emotional support to pupils, promoting confidence and self-esteem.
- Physical Support: Assist pupils with physical tasks, promoting independence and mobility.
- Social Development: Support pupils' social development, fostering positive relationships and communication skills.
- Learning Environment Creation: Create a safe and inclusive learning environment, encouraging participation and engagement.
- Child Sensitivity: Demonstrate empathy and understanding towards children's unique needs and experiences.
