About the Opportunity

Knight Frank is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our Edinburgh office. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading international property consultancy, providing high-level administrative support and contributing to the success of our Commercial Office team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Office Head, including diary management, email management, and coordination of internal/external meetings.
  • Coordinating Board Meetings and team Strategy Away Days, ensuring thorough preparation and follow-up.
  • Managing presentations and documents, including drafting, formatting, and printing.
  • Organizing corporate travel arrangements, UK and overseas, and preparing detailed itineraries and travel packs.
  • Developing and maintaining professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years' experience in an administrative or operations role, excellent communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Salary and Benefits
