Detailed Job Description

The North West Boroughs Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Forensic Services to lead our Specialist Community Forensic Team (SCFT). This part-time position will be based at Hollins Park House in Warrington, where you will oversee the delivery of high-quality forensic mental health services to individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism.

As a Consultant Psychiatrist and Approved Clinician, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of comprehensive psychiatric services to patients in Cheshire and Merseyside. Your primary focus will be on assessing and managing individuals with complex needs, as well as providing specialist assessment and management services.

We are looking for an individual who possesses excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of bio-psycho-social perspectives, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. You must be approved under Section 12(2) of The Mental Health Act 1983 and have Approved Clinician status.
