About the Role:
e-Careers Limited is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant Manager to join our team in a hybrid work environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, assisting with day-to-day HR operations, and ensuring the smooth onboarding of new hires.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist with maintaining employee records, processing documentation, and managing HR databases.
- Recruitment Assistance: Support the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Onboarding Coordination: Help facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organisation.

Requirements:
- A keen interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a team environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
