Job Overview

Glen Callum Associates Ltd seeks an accomplished National Sales Manager to drive strategic direction and spearhead business growth in the Automotive Aftermarket space and Fast Fit channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing external field sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Negotiate and influence key stakeholders within the Automotive Aftermarket space and Fast Fit channels to establish and maintain strong relationships.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of success as a National Sales Manager or equivalent role in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills to inspire and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 based on experience and qualifications.
