Main Responsibilities:

As a Compliance Officer at AM Recruitment, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective policies and procedures across various departments. This will involve working closely with staff at all levels to ensure seamless execution and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Tasks:

  • Maintain a comprehensive policy and procedures library, ensuring accessibility and understanding among all staff members.
  • Collaborate with departments to create or amend processes, documentation, and forms as business needs and legislation dictate.
  • Manage the process of obtaining new accreditation, certification, and industry schemes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct system audits on all aspects of business processes, accredited and certified standards, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with externally sourced expertise to achieve goals and resolve technical non-conformities.
  • Align closely with the bids and tenders team to improve responses by assessing and implementing feedback about policies and processes.
  • Manage and keep up-to-date supplier assessment forms and associated information.
