We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our finance team at beBee Professionals in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial plans, reports, and forecasts to support business growth.
  • Manage the company's cash flow and ensure financial stability.
  • Oversee financial processes, including audits, to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including auditors and banks.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management.
  • Improve financial systems, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in financial management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
