Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Post Office Counter Clerk to join our team at Co-Operative Energy Ltd. As a key member of our retail banking team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to postal and financial customers.
  2. Policy Adherence: Adhere to all policies, procedures, and cash management protocols.
  3. Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment in accordance with company policies.
  4. Punctuality and Appearance: Ensure punctuality and adhere to personal appearance standards in line with company uniform policy.
  5. Complaint Handling: Handle customer complaints professionally and process them in accordance with company procedure.

Salary and Benefits:

£25,000 - £30,000 per annum + benefits package including 20% off food shopping, holidays for less, and more.
