National Sales Director

Electroswitch Corp is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our national sales efforts. As National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to our sales organization, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Lead a team of regional sales managers and customer service representatives, providing coaching and guidance to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to drive sales growth.
- Manage sales budgets and forecasts, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Travel extensively to visit customers, sales representative firms, and audit sales processes to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Oversee the development and implementation of training programs to support customers and manufacturing reps.
- Develop and manage product pricing and pricing policies to ensure uniformity and maximize profitability.
- Develop an annual strategic sales plan and report results quarterly.
- Manage customer contract pricing to maximize sales and profitability.
- Ensure customer account coverage and satisfaction through best practices development and management of department resources.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years technical hands-on experience and 10 years sales and marketing experience in a management role.
- Proficient in MS Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
