Lifesaver Development Officer at Sja's West

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Lifesaver Development Officer to join our team at Sja's West. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in helping young people develop their confidence, teamwork skills, self-discipline, and encouraging them to strive to be the best they can be.

You will be responsible for supporting the learning and development of young people into the next generation of health citizens, while also supervising and supporting other adult volunteers in your team.

The successful candidate will be passionate about making a difference in their community, have a desire to support the growth and development of young people, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

As a Lifesaver Development Officer, you can expect a salary of £30,500 per annum, reflecting your commitment to the organisation and its mission.
