Job Description
As an Interventions Teaching Assistant at Long Term Futures Ltd, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality interventions to support students' academic growth and well-being. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on young lives and contribute to the success of our partner primary school.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tailored intervention plans to address individual learning needs of pupils.
- Work closely with teachers to prepare students for their SATs, focusing on building confidence and promoting academic progress.
- Provide one-to-one support for children with SEN, as well as lead small group sessions to enhance engagement and progress.
Requirements
- Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification or equivalent qualification.
- Have at least one year's experience supporting primary school pupils, preferably in KS2.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £90-£105 per day, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience. This role also provides opportunities for professional development and contributes to the success of our partner school.
