Teaching Assistant Role

Flourish Education is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Good Ofsted rated Primary school in Highgate. As a Primary Education Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting students with additional needs and contributing to lesson planning.
This role requires a candidate who is committed to providing high-quality support to students and teachers. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the teacher in planning and delivering lessons
- Preparing the classroom for engaging learning environments
- Managing behaviour and engagement of children
- Conducting interventions and small group work
The ideal candidate will have a minimum Level 3 Qualification and experience working in EYFS, particularly Reception. Benefits of this role include a competitive salary (£16,578.90 - £19,500 per annum) and flexible payment options (PAYE or Umbrella). You'll also receive holiday pay, pension contributions, and safeguarding training.
This position is located in Highgate, making it easily commutable from Birmingham areas. The school offers a car park and regular contact throughout the registration process.
