About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with students and staff, and have a passion for education.

The role involves supporting the class teacher in delivering lessons, organizing resources, and acting as a positive role model to inspire students. If you are passionate about working with children and making a difference in their lives, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  1. Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and providing a positive learning environment
  2. Organize and collect resources for lessons, ensuring that all materials are available and accessible
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  4. Use enthusiasm and creativity to engage students in lessons and promote a love of learning

The salary for this position is £23,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 7% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, but there may be opportunities to become permanent in the future.
