Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled legal secretary to join our real estate team at Law Support - DA Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive secretarial support and assisting fee-earners with administrative tasks.

Job Description:

  1. Assist in the opening of new files and ensure timely completion.
  2. Produce bills on completion and maintain accurate ledgers.
  3. Issue completion emails and liaise with clients as required.
  4. Prepare documents for signature using DocuSign and efficiently manage document downloads.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working as a legal secretary in a property department.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
