As a key member of our Property Services department, you will be responsible for coordinating scheduling operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate scheduling operations for repairs, services, and compliance works.
  • Manage operative workloads and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry into our systems.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and subcontractors.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a scheduling or administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Estimated Salary:** £31,000 - £33,000 per annum
