About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for a passionate Children's Support Worker to join our dynamic team. As a vital member, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and support services to Young People.

Salary Information

An estimated salary range of £25,000 - £32,000 per annum is available for the successful candidate, based on experience.

Job Requirements
  • Deliver exceptional care and support services to Young People
  • Promote the Young Person's independence, choice, and decision-making abilities
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Valid Full UK Driving Licence
  • Current DBS on the Update Service
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Care
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • A compassionate people person with a non-judgmental and calm approach
  • Dedicated and committed individual with a positive attitude
  • Desirable: Level 3 in Health & Social Care/Children & Young People
