Youth Services Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Compass Children's Homes. In this rewarding role, you will assist with the care of our children and young people, creating positive relationships and meeting their needs at all times.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Assist with daily care routines, including meal preparation, laundry, and personal hygiene
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and young people, promoting emotional well-being and safety
* Create timetables and set boundaries to ensure consistency and organization
* Participate in therapeutic practices and training to enhance your skills and knowledge
What We Offer
* A competitive salary of £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
