Learning Support Professional Job Description

beBee Professionals in Kidderminster is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning Support Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with SEN students, promoting their educational and personal growth in a supportive learning environment.

About the Role:
  • You will assist SEN students in classroom activities, providing individualized support to ensure they achieve their full potential.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the challenges faced by SEN students, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders.
  • A salary of £32,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, will be offered to the successful candidate, along with opportunities for professional development and a benefits package that includes a pension scheme and generous annual leave entitlement.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of an Associate's degree in Special Education or a relevant certification is required for this role.
  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children with special needs, demonstrating a strong understanding of the challenges faced by SEN students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will work closely with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to provide a comprehensive support package.
