Your Key Responsibilities:
• Develop professional relationships with customers, influencing base distribution, availability, NPD & promotions.
• Ensure Mondelēz have great visibility within independent retail outlets and ultimately meet customer's needs.
• Deliver Field Sales annual objectives and act as an owner.

Your Skills:
• Self-motivated and disciplined approach towards working alone.
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work towards targets, plan, and manage self.
• Solid knowledge about sales and negotiation processes.
• FMCG/proven sales experience, ideally with a strong knowledge of the area and a passion for Mondelēz brands.
