Area Business Development Lead

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Area Business Development Lead to join our team at Refuel Talent. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development across a predetermined region of company-owned stations.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in the forecourt and/or retail sector, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with suppliers and third-party vendors, and developing and implementing strategies to improve sales and customer engagement.
In addition, you will provide coaching and guidance to Store Managers and staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve business objectives.
