Senior Business Development Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to join our Small-Medium Business team.
As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the SMB market, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the SMB market
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Drive sales growth through strategic planning and execution
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business environment
- Strong understanding of the SMB market and its needs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Competitive salary: £30,000 - £65,000 per year
- Bonus structure based on performance
- Opportunity to work with a leading company in the entertainment industry
- Hybrid working arrangement with 2 days per week in our Eastbourne office
- 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays
