Job Title: Human Resources Manager

About the Role:

Noble Foods Ltd is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing technical HR expertise and coaching support to our management teams across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR guidance and support to management teams to ensure effective people management and development.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to improve organizational capability and effectiveness.
  • Manage the regions succession planning and talent management processes, including chairing regular reviews and ensuring there is a robust succession plan in place.
  • Support Managers in the creation of development plans and recruitment plans to fill current and future skills gaps.
  • Manage employment tribunals where required.
  • Ensure that every colleague has a quality induction and training to deliver their role and remain legally compliant at all times.
  • Analyse and interpret data from a variety of sources, including HR KPI reports, appraisals, and 360 feedback, to develop action plans that make the best use of HR resources and add value to the business.

Requirements:

  • Senior HR Generalist with experience of operating across multi-site/multi-region businesses.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills, with the ability to manage many tasks concurrently and to tight deadlines.
  • IT literate and able to interpret numerical data.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust and relationships across all levels and gain confidence and credibility for self and the HR function.
  • Ability to influence at a senior management level, both of peers and above.
