Job Introduction

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Change Governance and Method team at Handelsbanken plc, where you will play a key role in driving business transformation and improving processes across the organization.

As a Change Governance Specialist, you will work closely with colleagues from Change Portfolio, Roadmap Area, and Project teams to analyze and improve processes, ensuring efficiency and minimizing change risk.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage internal governance processes, providing training and guidance on process management, meeting inputs and outputs, and collating information.
  2. Analyze and improve processes in the end-to-end Change Process, creating efficiency while ensuring proper controls are in place.
  3. Support the continuous development of the Change Governance and Method team with management of action plans, status reports, and other artefacts.
  4. Provide support with regular Change Governance meetings, including minute-taking and preparation of meeting packs.
  5. Work closely with Team members and other key stakeholders in the Change community on the development of training and internal communications materials relating to Change processes.
  6. Collaborate with Roadmap Area PMOs to ensure project governance records are kept up to date and accurate.
