Product Governance Specialist

Mason Blake is seeking a highly skilled Product Governance Specialist to join their product team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading global investment management firm, assisting with the development and management of existing and prospective fund ranges.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee communications with third-party service providers, including custodians and administrators, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support the launch and closure of funds and share classes, and monitor market regulatory changes to advise on relevant fund changes.
- 3-5 years' experience in a fund services role, with a preference for asset management experience. Candidates from consultancy, paralegal, FCA, or third-party service provider backgrounds will also be considered.
- Demonstrated understanding of fund structures and a variety of asset classes.
- Previous experience working with third-party service providers, such as administrators and custodians.
- Previous experience in the production and oversight of PRIIPS KIDs and UCITS KIIDs.
