Product Governance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Product Governance Specialist to join our team at Schroders. As a key member of the Product Governance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the annual FCA Assessment of Value, including project managing the assessment process, maintaining an up-to-date runbook and action log, and preparing materials for presentation to the Product Governance Committee and relevant internal Boards.
- Support the coordination of Product Governance Committee meetings and maintain awareness of competitor, regulatory, and market developments.
- Draft and maintain the quality of policy and procedures documentation, and actively contribute to and lead on ad hoc work and strategic projects as they arise.
- Demonstrable delivery-focused organisational and prioritisation skills, with excellent attention to detail and ability to perform data reconciliation and analysis.
- A strong interest in and willingness to learn and implement new technologies, including AI, to improve Product Governance processes and client outcomes.
- Flexibility to multitask across multiple fund ranges and asset classes, with good knowledge and experience of the asset management industry.
