Business Change and Governance Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Change and Governance Director to join our team at Inter Act B.V. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Business Change and Governance Team, which sits within the Front Office of our Corporate and Institutional Banking division.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in governance frameworks, risk management, and compliance, with experience leading initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations. They will be responsible for managing the CIB Banking Front Office Supervisory Committee, overseeing the Risk Control Self Assessment framework, and identifying and mitigating risks and issues.

The Business Change and Governance Director will also be responsible for developing and implementing governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. They will collaborate with senior stakeholders to establish committees and provide expert advice on governance matters.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of driving governance-related change initiatives, with a focus on operational efficiencies and streamlining processes. They will be able to navigate regulatory challenges and anticipate governance needs in a rapidly changing financial landscape.
