About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious Sales Advisor to join our dynamic telemarketing team in Carlton, Barnsley. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in promoting fully and partially funded Work Based Apprenticeships and Short Courses to small to medium businesses across the UK.

What's On Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience) with uncapped monthly bonuses.
  • An achievable commission structure and additional weekly bonus incentives.
  • An early finish incentive with a Monday to Friday schedule (9am to 5pm, with a 4:30pm finish on Fridays).
  • Fun monthly incentives and free on-site parking.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Conducting B2B sales calls to small to medium-sized enterprises.
  2. Promoting and selling fully and partially funded training programs.
  3. Building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  4. Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Previous outbound sales experience is beneficial, but training will be provided.
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages.
  • Driven, resilient, self-motivated, and possess excellent customer service skills.
