Business Development Manager

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They must be able to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop effective marketing campaigns to drive business growth. The role requires strong leadership skills to motivate the sales team and contribute to the overall success of the branch.
Key responsibilities include:
- * Analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.* Developing effective marketing campaigns to drive business growth.* Maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers.* Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets.* Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction across all operations.* Handling daily banking reconciliation and ensuring accurate completion of administrative tasks.* Identifying new business opportunities and growing market share through innovative marketing and promotions.
A competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, plus an OTE of £50,000 and annual bonus, 28 days holiday, free parking, pension scheme, and death in service benefit are some of the attractive benefits of this role.
