Automotive Sales and Business Development Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Parts Sales Executive to join our team at TPS, part of the Volkswagen Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve personal KPI's and revenue objectives by effectively managing target customer accounts and identifying new business opportunities
- Accurately identify parts requirements to meet customer needs, leveraging product promotions and competitor activity to achieve specific targets
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers through regular communication, face-to-face visits, and timely responses to their requests
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on products and services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to company policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide a joined-up approach to sales, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
- Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries within established KPI's, utilizing approved greeting and communication protocols
- Ensure proper use of systems to search and order parts, adhering to company guidelines and operational procedures
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, with a proven track record of building strong relationships and achieving sales targets in a B2B environment. You should also be passionate about providing great customer service, have excellent attention to detail, and be IT literate with a good working knowledge of MS Excel.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated £35,000 - £45,000 per annum based on experience, plus additional benefits and incentives.
