Parts Sales Executive Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Parts Sales Executive to join our team at TPS, part of the Volkswagen Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve personal KPI's and revenue objectives by effectively managing target customer accounts and identifying new business opportunities
  2. Accurately identify parts requirements to meet customer needs, leveraging product promotions and competitor activity to achieve specific targets
  3. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers through regular communication, face-to-face visits, and timely responses to their requests
  4. Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on products and services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  5. Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to company policies and procedures
  6. Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide a joined-up approach to sales, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
  7. Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries within established KPI's, utilizing approved greeting and communication protocols
  8. Ensure proper use of systems to search and order parts, adhering to company guidelines and operational procedures

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, with a proven track record of building strong relationships and achieving sales targets in a B2B environment. You should also be passionate about providing great customer service, have excellent attention to detail, and be IT literate with a good working knowledge of MS Excel.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated £35,000 - £45,000 per annum based on experience, plus additional benefits and incentives.
